Sudoku Help - Various Options

We now offer an alternative product only available for download from Microsoft Store. This shares many features but not all of them. For documentation of the SudokuDragon for Store version see its separate help section.

These options control various SudokuDragon display settings.

It's easy to lose track of columns and rows, particularly is you want to explain a problem to someone else. The program lets you choose whether the displayed grid shows the Sudoku row and column titles on the top and left of the grid.

You can control how long the puzzle Hint facility will show the puzzle solution. The application will automatically stop showing the solution after a given time.

To give you feedback on the squares you have allocated Sudoku Dragon can animate the square allocation. If you would rather not use this feature you can switch it off by clearing the check mark in the box.

As an extra aid to puzzle solving information about the currently selected square is shown in the status bar. You can choose whether this automatically includes the possibilities that look as though they can go into the square.
