Sudoku Help - Re-Installation

We now offer an alternative product only available for download from Microsoft Store. This shares many features but not all of them. For documentation of the SudokuDragon for Store version see its separate help section.

If you want to move your licensed copy of Sudoku Dragon to another computer you need to select the Reinstall option on the first installer page. The purchase order number you need to enter is the one sent to you when the product was purchased. It is a 8 or 9 digit number issued by the card processing company WorldPay.

On the reinstall page you must get a confirmatory response code from the Sudoku Dragon web site to proceed with the installation. You can do this simply and easily over the Internet by simply pressing the Internet button, if for any reason, you cannot use this option, send the Request code by email to support@sudokudragon.com. When the response has been issued paste the code into the field of the form (but note that you need to keep this screen open the whole time).
