If these do not help we suggest you download the Doctor Sudoku diagnostic utility which will analyze your Sudoku Dragon™ installation and suggest actions to correct any problems it may find. The utility does not install software or modify your system in any way.

Download the sudokudoctor.exe file (92Kb) by clicking the animated link button below.

When the download is complete run the sudokudoctor.exe program and follow the on screen instructions.
If the doctor can't find the problem or its suggested action does not work, please send us the e-mail analysis report that it generates.
