If you purchase one of our products we may inform you by email of available product upgrades when they become available. The personal information that you entered is only for the purposes of confirming the purchase transaction and enabling us to send purchased goods to you in the post. We store your name, address and email address when you purchase goods from us. We will not pass your details to other parties unless required to do so by law.

As our standard software license is not time limited we will hold your details indefinitely unless you ask us to delete your data.

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your data is not lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. If any breach in data security we will make best efforts to inform you of this as soon as possible. This web site is run by a registered limited liability company (see this page for details) that has been trading for over 18 years.

E-mail Address

Your e-mail address is not used for any purpose other than informing you by e-mail of the availability of software upgrades, answer technical queries you send us and your updates to our message boards. You can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time by sending an e-mail to support@sudokudragon.com with subject "Unsubscribe" quoting your purchase order number or using the online unsubscribe form or for an online account using the Account Management page. If you are a registered user of our online Sudoku forums we make sure your email address is not accessible from the public pages displayed on our web site.

Card Payment Details

All online payments are processed through (Pay Pal ➚) a specialist card payment processing company. We are never given any details of your card only that the transaction has succeeded and your name so we can contact you. If you have any concerns about the money transfer process, please contact Pay Pal ➚ directly.

The Sudoku Dragon web site does not use cookies for its own usage except when required to do so for the few pages that have advertisements provided by Google.
